Dear Shaheen Users,

We would like to inform you of the upcoming planned maintenance session for the datacenter affecting Shaheen and Ibex services. 

The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 08:00am on Thursday, April 16th, and is expected to conclude by 12:00 on Sunday, April 19th.

This maintenance is necessary to support essential infrastructure work within the datacenter. During this window, all KSL systems will be unavailable, including Ibex, Shaheen, and all associated services. Please note that login nodes and access to files will also be unavailable during this period.

Following the datacenter maintenance. We plan to bring Shaheen back into service, run regression testing and make it available for use by the end of Monday, April 20th.

Please ensure you save your work and plan your jobs accordingly to account for this outage. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance window.
