As previously announced, there will be a data center outage of 2 weeks, affecting the Shaheen III service. Compute nodes, login nodes, and Shaheen III storage will not be available. The system will be unavailable between the following dates:
Start: April 25th
End: May 12th
During this time, KAUST data center team is planning to conduct annual PPM on the facility, as well as finish the remaining civil work.
The KSL team will take this opportunity to make the project filesystem fully available on Shaheen III (including compute nodes).
Please note that the Shaheen II system will be decommissioned on the 25th of April.
