Dear Shaheen Users,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming planned maintenance session to execute an upgrade to our infrastructure affecting both Shaheen CPU and GPU partitions.
The maintenance is scheduled for May 11th–12th and we expect services to be fully restored by the end of May 12th.
This outage is required to support the installation of a new storage system which requires Slingshot network reconfiguration.
We apologize for the shorter notice for this maintenance window. Our priority is to bring the new storage online as soon as possible.
Please note that while we are proceeding according to the current schedule, we reserve the right to postpone this outage by one week depending on the final installation timeline.
We kindly ask that you save your work and plan your jobs accordingly to minimize disruption.
